長榮航空11月29日台北-溫哥華BR10航班於當地時間18點42分安全降落，因當地大雪導致能見度不佳，航機於落地脫離跑道後，於滑行道轉彎時因道面積雪側滑，航機鼻輪偏離滑行道面，但人機均安。
該班機型為777-300ER，共計250位旅客及3名嬰兒，目前航機暫停於滑行道，因安全考量，已安排旅客先行下機搭乘接駁巴士回到航廈，並請當地機場支援將航機移回滑行道。
11月30日溫哥華-桃園BR09航班因此預計延誤12小時起飛，長榮航空將依旅客需求協助更改訂位或簽轉至他航，對於此次異常事件造成旅客的不便，長榮航空深感抱歉。
