輝凌期許成為引玉之磚 盼企業能成為員工建構家庭的支柱
透過BFF政策的推行,去年輝凌的流動率也顯著下降,黃正安表示,輝凌期待作為引玉之磚,除了政府,企業也能更重視該議題。事實上,員工有了孩子是一個家庭結構變化極大的轉折點,無論在生理、心理還有經濟上,希望企業能成為員工安心建構家庭的支柱。
