最後這個片語相當實用喔！字面意思是有蝴蝶在某人的肚子裡，其實就是在表示「做某事前感到相當緊張、不舒服」。因為許多人在過度緊張時會有肚子抽痛、腸胃不適的現象，英文就把這緊張不適的感覺比喻成蝴蝶在肚子中，來看個例子：
