大家只要參考上面這張列表,在採購的時候按照上述的原則行動,就可以輕鬆在台灣進行地中海飲食囉!最後要提醒大家,每種飲食法都有其優缺點,地中海飲食在各項飲食法中,算是被研究得相對透徹,風險性也比較低的做法,因此多數醫師、營養師對這種飲食法的安全性都算肯定,特別是在糖尿病患者使用地中海飲食、低碳飲食或得舒飲食法都有證據顯示有幫助。
