馬來西亞反貪逮捕前第一夫人！羅斯瑪豪奢生活現形，遭控洗錢、逃稅等17項罪名

住處搜出驚人珠寶 學者：羅斯瑪體現納吉政府貪婪

馬哈地上任後，馬來西亞警方5月突襲搜索納吉住處等地，查獲總值逾2.66億美元（新台幣82.5億元）的名牌珠寶、手提包與現金，查扣567個手提包、423支手錶、1萬2000件珠寶，包括1400條項鍊、2200枚戒指、2800對耳環與14件頭飾，納吉一家鋪張豪華的程度總算攤在世人眼前。納吉7月3日更因為涉入1MDB子公司的弊案，遭馬國反貪會逮捕，目前雖處交保狀態，仍在接受司法調查，若罪名均成立，納吉最高可處30年徒刑。

對於羅斯瑪遭到逮捕，東南亞專家、羅馬約翰卡伯特大學（John Cabot University）政治學教授威爾許（Bridget Welsh）指出：「這顯然是馬來西亞的第一次，說明了羅斯瑪在政府中崇高的政治角色，這在納吉任期中高度爭議。她被認為介入他（納吉）的貪腐與商業交易，是重要的守門人。」

威爾許分析：「從戒指到髮型，羅斯瑪比其他人都能體現納吉政府的貪婪與鋪張，納吉夫婦過去行為有如他們毫不受法律規範，現在他們終於需負責任了。」她認為，這次羅斯瑪遭逮捕，不只回應了馬來西亞國內對於濫用權力的深切憤慨與擔憂，也顯示馬國新政府確實要更廣泛地向前政府究責。

納吉之女批政府太過分 馬哈地：無關復仇

在美國留學的納吉之女諾雅娜（Nooryana Najwa Najib），3日貼出孩提時期與羅斯瑪的合照，並在社群網站Instagram上抨擊馬國政府逮捕羅斯瑪的行動：「我可以接受對曾經掌權的男人展開調查，但連他生命中的女人也一起傷害，實在是太過份了。」

I can accept taking action on a man who was in power but putting the women in his life in harm’s way is going too far. Two weeks ago you raided his mother’s house and today you remand his wife and plan on charging her the same day her husband is due in court. 馬哈地4日則回應諾雅娜的指控，稱法庭針對羅斯瑪的控訴「無關復仇」，而是基於法治，馬哈地說：「法律規定如果有人偷錢，將會被提出告訴。至於該人是否有罪，則交由法庭去裁定。」
